Where is T.E.N.T group based?
Our Head Office is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and services the surrounding areas, including National and International Sales.

What is the fabric made out of?
A combination of high quality stitch and weld process is used to manufacture our tents, offering two points of strength and ensuring a 100% waterproof product. The high tensile fabric is manufactured in South Africa. All our stretch tent fabric products are pre-treated with a water repellent, anti microbial agent and a Teflon finish to ensure longevity of your tent.
All our tents are treated for fire retardancy to comply with the standards of B1/M2/CFM/BS.

Do you only rent out your tents?
No, we do both! Not only do we rent out and install our tents for your event, we also sell our ranges and custom sizes for your business needs. Along with a branding option of your company name and logo.

Are the stretch tents UV resistant?
Simple answer is yes, all our tents are UV stabilized during production and UV resistant.

Do you offer different quality and ranges?
Yes, we have the following unique ranges to suit your needs:

Do your tents have a warranty?
All of our sales and permanent installations of the 3-ply FR Endurance 750Gsm and Matte Flex 750Gsm fabric ranges, come with a 2 year warranty on sewing welds.

Do you have a variety of colors and sizes to choose from?
Yes, we have our 7 standard most common ranges of colors and sizes and offer custom colors in the 3-PLY range, for orders of 4300 sqft or more. All tent ranges are available in any customizable sizes to suit your needs.

Do you provide installation?
Our experienced crew will gladly provide installation for all event rented and permanent installation stretch tents. Included with the necessary permits.
